  • The gold used in Prilla jewellery is a combination of 22k gold rhodium plating and vermeil gold plating.

    The precious stones are unique, raw and unfinished.

  • To help protect the durability and high quality of your jewellery they should be removed when showering, bathing or engaging in heavy exercise. It is also advisable to remove jewellery when swimming - either in the sea or chlorinated water/ swimming pools.

    Try to avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids whilst wearing your jewellery.

    All the stones used are natural and can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt as well as chipping. It is also possible that stone settings may become loose over time.

    Extreme temperatures may also affect your jewellery.

    Store your jewellery where they do not rub or get tangled with other pieces- to avoid this, keep your pieces in the original box.

    To keep your jewellery looking fresh and radiant, gently polish with a polishing cloth.

    DO NOT clean with hot or cold water.

    DO NOT clean with a paper towel or tissue.

  • All our rings are one-size but as they are open bands they are naturally adjustable.

  • The base material of Prilla jewellery is copper so if you have an associated allergy it is advisable not to wear our items.

  • Once your order has been made and payment cleared we will send out your item within 2 working days.

    All UK orders are sent using a standard Royal Mail tracked service and should be delivered within 2-3 working days to UK addresses.

  • Once your package has been despatched via Royal Mail you will receive an email from the Prilla website confirming despatch and providing you with a tracking number.

    You can use the tracking number from your email on Royal Mail’s ‘Track and Trace’ website to find out the delivery status of your package.

    In the unlikely instance that there are any issues with delivery please contact Prilla directly and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

  • If there is an issue with your Prilla jewellery you can return it for a full refund.

    Please contact us to say that you are returning an item and then post back to Prilla Jewellery, 1 Polthooks Cottages, Clay Lane, Fishbourne, Chichester, PO18 8AL.

    Once the item has been returned and checked a refund will be processed.

  • Orders will be despatched within 2 working days of payment being taken via the website. If you haven’t received your despatch email please contact Prilla to cancel or change your order.

    If the order has already been despatched it will need to be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the alternative item.
