Returns

If there is an issue with your Prilla jewellery you can return it for a full refund.

Please contact us to confirm that you are returning an item and the reason why for our records. Please then post back the item untarnished and in the original packaging to Prilla Jewellery, 1 Polthooks Cottages, Clay Lane, Fishbourne, Chichester, PO18 8AL.

Once we have received and checked the condition of the returned item a full refund, to the original payment method, for the price of the item only will be processed as soon as possible.

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact Prilla to discuss.

Orders are despatched within 2 working days of payment being taken via the website when you will receive a despatch email. If you haven’t yet received the despatch email we can cancel or change the order.

If the order has already been despatched it will need to be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the alternative item. For full information about our Returns process please see above.

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges but you can return an item for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item as outlined above.
